- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase or renewal date. After 14 days, we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion for the unused portion of your subscription.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew.
3. Consulting and Custom Services
For personalized AI consulting, custom development work, or other tailored services:
- Deposits or advance payments for custom work are typically non-refundable once work has commenced, unless specifically stated otherwise in a signed agreement.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in a formal contract or statement of work, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the work completed and the specific circumstances.
- Cancellation requests for scheduled consulting sessions must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling without penalty.
4. Training and Educational Programs
For workshops, online courses, webinars, and other educational offerings:
- On-demand Courses: On-demand or self-paced courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- Live Webinars/Workshops: Refunds for scheduled live events are available up to 7 days before the event. After this point, we cannot offer refunds but may allow you to transfer your registration to another person or apply your payment to a future event.
- Cohort-based Programs: For multi-week programs with limited enrollment, our refund policy will be explicitly stated during registration. Typically, refunds are available until 14 days before the program start date.
